Most small business owners are excellent at the thing they do. Far fewer have a website that says so. Closing that gap is the whole of what we do.
The problem with small business websites
Search for a contractor or a clinic in any mid-size town and you will find the same three types of sites: slow WordPress installs on cheap shared hosting, outdated designs last touched in 2015, or a half-filled Google listing and no website at all.
The owners running these businesses are good at the thing they do. They are just doing what owners do - serving customers. Web design, search and advertising are three more full-time jobs, and a small business cannot justify hiring three people to cover them.
The usual alternative is a large payment up front, a long wait, and a site that gets handed over with nobody looking after it afterwards. Six months later the hours are wrong, the form has stopped sending, and there is no one to ring.
