Month to month, and you can cancel any time by emailing hello@webtinker.io. One line is enough and you do not need to give a reason. Your site stays live to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that. There is no separate setup fee either - your first month covers the build work.
Why is there no setup fee?

Your first month covers the build, so there is nothing extra to find up front. We would sooner get straight into the work - and we earn the second month by being worth it.
What is yours
What is the difference between hosting and owning my domain?
Hosting included, domain yours
Your domain is your address - the name people type in to reach you. Hosting is the space the site actually lives in. Both are included in your monthly fee, so neither turns up as a separate bill, and we pay the yearly domain renewal too. The domain belongs to you rather than to us: we look after it while you are with us, we move it into an account of your own the moment you ask, and it goes with you if you leave.
Do I own the website?
Yes - all of it
Yes. You own the domain, the code, and every piece of content. If you ever cancel, we will help you move it wherever you want. Some providers keep the domain and the code on their own account, so you lose everything if you leave.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You keep everything
You keep everything. The domain is in your name, the content and your enquiries export in a form anyone can read, and the site itself moves into a Cloudflare account of your own, which is where it runs. We hand over every credential and do the transfer for you at no charge. Most people stay because keeping a site earning takes ongoing work, and that is the part we keep doing.
